Easy Chocolate Fudge

2 Tbsp butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 2/3 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cup semi-sweet choc. chips
1 tsp vanilla

Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, cook 4-5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, choc. chips and vanilla. Mix about 1 minute. Pour into a 8-inch buttered pan and let cool.

(I usually put in the refrigerator for an hour or so. It is easier to cut that way)
