Oh I do like to be beside the Shoreham-by-sea - side with Sera

The madness continues!

I had a much anticipated reunion with Sera and Aaron got to meet everyone. I saw Barry, Sera's dad for the first time since 1985. I think the last time I saw him was in South Africa, where Sera and I clapped eyes on each other for the first time.

We got off the train at the Shoreham-by-sea and I looked for my only landmark - the sweet shop I had been to last time I saw Sera 10 years ago! I got a bit confused on the way to her house (it being 10 years since the last sighting and all) so we asked the lollipop man. He said he had never heard of Sera's street. It turned out later that he was the lollipop man for the school at which Sera teaches!

We caught up and Sera's and then went to THE COTTAGE for dinner. I meant to take pictures of our food, but forgot just as I forgot nearly every other day we were in England. I had fish and chips. Aaron had steak and ale pie and chips. I don't remember what Joel had.

Here are the pics;

Why is my hair straight, you ask... Well, as in the past, Sera helped sort out my unpresentable hair. This time with the help of Yasmin's professional hair straightener.

After dinner we jumped on the train and headed back to Wimbledon. This is the picture I took of the Station. Pretty good, hey? That was a South Africanism.
