Lemon Cheesecake Filling
  • 8ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3cup sugar
  • 3tablespoons lemon curd
  1. Mix together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Beat in the lemon curd.
  3. Spoon about a tablespoon of mixture into each of the cooled phyllo cups.
  4. Garnish with mint and berries.
