Ingredients:
Crust:
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 2/3 cup lard
• 2 tbsp butter
• 4 tbsp water
Filling
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups of grated cheese
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 cup of sour cream
• 1 red pepper (chopped)
• ½ onion (chopped)
• 1 large or two small tomatoes (chopped)
• 6 basil leaves (chopped)
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees
• Mix crust in bowl
• Roll out dough
• Place in 9” pan
• Blend eggs, cream cheese,
and sour cream
• sauté pepper, onion, and tomatoes
in one tablespoon on olive oil.
• Pour egg mixture, vegetables,
basil and finally grated cheese into pan
• Cook for 30 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
