INGREDIENTS • 1 cup unsalted butter (at room temp) • 1 cup brown sugar • 1 cup white sugar • 2 eggs • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 2 1/2 cup AP flour • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 cup Chocolate Chips • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut INSTRUCTIONS • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees • Cream together the butter and sugars in a mixer. Add the eggs and vanilla, making sure to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl. Add the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix on low until everything is incorporated. • Stir in the chocolate chips and shredded coconut. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. • Scoop out 2-3 tablespoons worth of dough and roll the dough into a ball. Place the cookies onto a parchment lined baking sheet, about 12 per sheet, and bake for 9-10 minutes until the edges are just slightly golden brown and the center is still a bit soft. • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies rest ...

• Prep 10 m • Cook 10 m • Ready In 20 m Ingredients • 1 1/2 cups chicken stock, divided • 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped • 1/2 cup milk • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper • 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley • 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning • 1 pinch ground allspice • 1 pinch ground paprika • 1 cup milk • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour Directions • Place 1 tablespoon of chicken stock in a saucepan over medium-low heat, and cook and stir the onion and garlic in the broth until they are softened, about 3 minutes. Pour in the rest of the broth and 1/2 cup of milk, and whisk in the salt, black pepper, parsley, lemon pepper seasoning, allspice, and paprika. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and allow to simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. • Whisk together the remaining milk and the flour until smooth, and whisk the milk mixture into the hot stock mixture. 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces 1  6oz can of tomato paste 1  13.5oz can of coconut milk 1 small onion, chopped (about one cup) 2 cups of frozen peas 1  14.5oz can of tomato sauce (about 1 3/4 cup) 2 large cloves of garlic, minced 3 tablespoons honey  2 tablespoons curry powder  1 teaspoon salt  1 teaspoon crushed red pepper Directions In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, garlic, honey, and seasonings. Set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients to your slow cooker. Cover with the tomato sauce/seasoning mixture. Cook on low 8 hours. To Freeze Combine all of the ingredients in a gallon-sized freezer bag and freeze for up to three months. When ready to cook, thaw overnight in your refrigerator and cook in your slow cooker for 10-12 hours on low. Since the Slow Cooker Chicken Curry cooks for the first time in your slow cooker, it won’t taste like leftovers!
