Banana Banana Bread

Banana Banana Bread PREP TIME      15 M in COOK TIME      1 Hr 5 Min READY I N      1 Hr 20 Min Original recipe yield 1 - 9x5 inch l o af INGREDIENTS (Nutritio n ) 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 eggs, beaten 2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas D IR E CTIONS Preheat oven to 3 50 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.

AARON LOVES THESE! Ingredients Brown Sugar – 80g 4/5cup Butter – 100g 1/2 cup Oats – 1.25cups Salt - pinch Banana - 1 Honey - 3tbsp Making Meth od 1. Melt the butter and the Margarine in a deep saucepan over a very low heat 2. add the brown sugar and 3 tablespoons of honey and mix well until you have a liquid substance. 3. Mix in the oats, if you find it easier add them in gradually stirring and covering the oats with the mixture 4. add a pinch of salt. 5. Mash the banana into a liquid pulp and mix into the oats (this will take a good few minutes to ensure that the banana is fully mixed in). 6. Get a knife and spread the oats evenly over a baking tray. 7. Place the baking tray onto the middle shelf in a preheated oven (gas mark 5, 220 C) and bake for 15 minutes, checking the progress regularly. Blueberry Lemon Crumb Bars:

This recipe is incredibly delicious! Tracy made it yesterday and after eating more than my fair share I begged her for the recipe. I am making it for the bonfire we are going to tonight. I am making it with apples as they are in season and we have so many! Blueberry Lemon Crumb Bars: 1 18.25 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 large egg 1 14 oz. can Fat-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk 1/2 cup lemon Juice 1 cup White Chocolate chips 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries Preheat oven to 350.  Spray the bottome of a 13 x 9 pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl place cake mix, softened butter and egg.  Blend with an electric mixer on low speed until blended and crumbly.  Press half the mixture evenly into the bottom of prepared pan and Bake for 15 min.
