Ingredients 1/3 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup superfine sugar 3/4 cups self-rising flour   2eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 6 cup muffin pan or line with paper baking cups. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Stir in the eggs, one at a time, blending well after each one. Stir in the vanilla and flour just until mixed. Spoon the batter into the prepared cups, dividing evenly. Bake in the preheated oven until the tops spring back when lightly pressed, 18 to 20 minutes. Cool in the pan set over a wire rack. When cool, arrange the cupcakes on a serving platter.

from http://wellnessmama.com/5054/beach-waves-hair-spray/ Hair Spray Supplies • hot water • epsom salts • Himalayan or Sea Salt (optional but adds stiffness- I get it here) • aloe vera gel (I get it here) • natural conditioner (I've used this Organix coconut one and Dr. Bronners Lavender Coconut ) or a few drops of almond oil or jajoba oil (optional- you may not need it if you have fine/oily hair) • Optional: a few drops of essential oils or a spritz of your favorite perfume for scent- Lavender and citrus are great options • Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon vodka or alcohol- if you want to lighten hair (the lemon juice lightens and the alcohol preserves) Ingredients for Hair Spray • 1 cup of hot water (not boiling)- Can also use strong Chamomile Tea as the base if you want to lighten hair or black tea as the base if you want to darken hair, but you will need to keep in the fridge. • 2 tablespoons epsom salts (or more for extra texture) •

Salsa Mac And Cheese

INGREDIENTS cubed chicken 1 tablespoons   butter 1/8 cup   all-purpose flour 1 cups   milk 3/4  cups   favorite salsa 1  cups   shredded cheddar cheese Salt 1/2 pound   dried pasta INSTRUCTIONS Pour 2 quarts of water into a large pot, cover and set over high heat. In a medium-size saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then stir in the flour and whisk until the mixture turns a deep golden, about 2 minutes.  Add the milk and continue to whisk constantly until the mixture thickens and comes to a full boil, 4 or 5 minutes. (Whisk diligently and there will be no lumps.)  Stir in the salsa, remove from the heat, then stir in cheese.  Continue stirring until all the cheese has melted.  Taste and season generously with salt, usually 1 1/2 teaspoons.  Cover to keep warm until the pasta is done. When the water has come to a boil, add the dried pasta. Stir well to keep the pasta from sticking together and boil until the pasta is al dente, about 10 minutes. Dr

• 1 pound ground beef (80% lean) • 2 cups fresh salsa • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper • 1 1/2 cups hot water • 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni • 1 cup milk • 1 (8 ounce) package processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cut into cubes • 4 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese • Add all ingredients to list Directions • Prep 10 m • Cook 30 m • Ready In 40 m • Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Spinach, Sausage, and Cheese Strata (serves 4): • 3 links Italian sausage (I used hot) • 6 ounces fresh spinach (you can use frozen, too, but I love fresh best) • 1/2 large onion, finely chopped • 1 T unsalted butter • 1 t salt • 1/2 T black pepper • 1/4 t nutmeg • 4 C cubed French or Italian bread (1/2 lb.) • 1 C freshly grated cheese • 1.5 C milk • 5 large eggs • 1 T dijon mustard Cook at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
