a really yummy idea of how to use your Thanksgiving/ Christmas turkey leftovers This only works if you have some fixings (stuffing/mashed potatoes). It's called Bubble and Squeak (we saw some British chef on the food network make it around Thanksgiving time)- take your turkey and cut/shred it into smaller pieces, then mix with leftover dressing/stuffing and mashed potatoes along with any other yummy thing that might blend well (Jon liked his with corn). Then form small patties out of them and cook them in a skillet with about 1 1/2 T oil. You'll see it Bubble and hear it squeak when you cook them :)- thus the cute name.
